DELIVERIES
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes – These are set up on our website and postage will be calculated at checkout*
*Unfortunately due to Brexit some countries will charge taxes before delivery of your order. We have no control over this and cannot advise how much this might be.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Lots of our items are made to order so please allow approx 2 weeks from order to dispatch. Items sent within the UK are sent 2nd class signed for as standard so you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. These items usually take around 2 days to arrive depending on Royal Mail. Items sent internationally will take longer but are sent with a trackable service. Please bear in mind that I am only one person and Badass is run alongside my fulltime job and family.
Q. I need it in a hurry, what can I do?
A. Forgotten someone’s birthday or want a Badass top in time for a race on Saturday? Drop us an email at hello@badassmotherrunners.co.uk and we will always do our best to help!
RETURNS
Q. Can I return my item?
A. We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your order has been received. Items must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns or exchanges on worn, marked or washed items. Please include your contact details and your order number with your return item (these can be found on your order confirmation email)
Q. Can I exchange my item?
A. Certainly! If you would like to exchange for a different colour or size we would advise emailing us on hello@badassmotherrunners.co.uk so we can reserve you your required exchange item asap or advise on availability. Please note you will be required to pay the return postage on the item.
Q. What is your returns address?
A. Our returns address is: Badass Mother Runners, 130 Old Road, Skewen, Neath, SA10 6AT
Q. What postage method should I use?
A. If you wish to return an item you will need to pay the return postage. We would advise that items are sent via a tracked service. Unfortunately, proof of postage is not proof of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
Q. What if I need to return a faulty item?
A. We always do our best to ensure all our items are the highest quality and reach you in perfect condition. Should you find a fault on any item please get in touch with us by emailing hello@badassmotherrunners.co.uk. We will arrange the return postage costs for you and send out of a replacement item asap (or a refund, depending on what you would prefer). Please note we will not exchange items that have developed a fault due to normal wear & tear or customer misuse.
Q. How long will it take to process my return?
A. Once we have received your item we will endeavour to complete the return process within 3 working days. Again, please bear in mind this business is managed around a full time job and a busy family.
Q. What about international returns?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to accept international exchanges or returns unless an item is faulty. Please check sizing and item specification before you order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Badass Mother Runners is a small home run business, we do the best we can to keep all items in stock and available but they can sell incredibly fast.
